Infography no, I would like to be able to create custom aspect ratio images. In some cases when trying to convey a lot of information on a graphic like 10 steps, 9:16 is too short.

This wouldn't necessarily have to be custom sizes, but perhaps a few templates that were taller than the standard 9:16 would be useful. So, if the templates for 8, 9 and 10 steps could have the option for a taller option.

Canva offers an 800x2000px (2:5 AR) for their infographics. Maybe just start there. I understand that you probably need a fixed size for your AI text and image generation algorithm.

This would be a great addition to your templates if it's not too much additional programming.
